Job description

The Growth team has a goal of creating meaningful connections with donors and driving funding to our community of nonprofit partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that midlevel donors are supported, developing a robust program for midlevel donors, and sharing insights and best practices along the way. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of donors, global nonprofits, and internal partners.

The successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to find the connection between emerging community needs and donor interest. You have an instinct for understanding your audience and delivering a delightful experience, especially in a group setting. You are confident in interacting with new people in a professional manner and find it easy to keep your tone warm and thoughtful.
