Beyond the Ballot is seeking a Donor Strategist Analyst to build and scale our recurring donor program, converting one‑time donors into monthly supporters and improving retention. You will coordinate with teams to embed appeals across fundraising activities and maintain a simple donor pipeline and weekly performance cadence.

This role requires 2+ years in fundraising or donor stewardship, experience with donor data exports or CRMs, and the ability to translate data into actionable outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years fundraising or donor stewardship experience.
• Experience using donor data and CRMs to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Research, build, and maintain a pipeline of recurring‑donor growth opportunities.
• Manage a recurring donor program calendar with monthly sustainer goals.
• Support donor lifecycle processes from one‑time to monthly giving.
• Review performance reports and propose corrective actions when pacing is behind.
• Maintain clean donor data practices for tracking and analysis.
• Support year‑end donor stewardship deliverables tied to recurring giving.
