Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit to hire a Donor Lifecycle Marketing Manager in the United States. You will lead multichannel journeys, optimize donor retention, and drive recurring revenue through personalized campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and paid media.

You will collaborates with creative, partnerships and revenue operations to sharpen audience insights, test approaches, and boost lifetime value while maintaining donor trust and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in lifecycle/retention marketing or digital fundraising.
• Hands-on experience with 3+ channels (email, SMS, paid media, direct mail).
• Experience building automated journeys in major platforms.
• Strong analytics to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent writing and storytelling for donor comms.
• Proven project management and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own donor retention, upgrades and recurring-giving strategies to boost lifetime value.
• Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, anniversaries).
• Plan multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, paid media and direct mail.
• Develop upgrades and additional-gift appeals around key fundraising moments.
• Collaborate with revenue ops for segmentation and reporting.
• Oversee agencies, budgets, timelines and outcomes.
