Job summary

Catholic Charities is hiring a Donor Relations Manager to oversee the annual giving portfolio, focusing on donor retention, stewardship, and growth. You will develop engagement strategies, coordinate recognition events, and work within a collaborative Development and Marketing team.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will manage donor relations with entry to mid-level donors and ensure timely, accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge while aligning with the agency's mission and

Qualifications

Minimum three years development and donor relations experience.
Experience with donor engagement strategies and stewardship.
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with donors across the annual giving portfolio.
Develop donor engagement strategies and contribute to fundraising goals.
Coordinate donor recognition events and moves management to retain and upgrade donors.
Maintain accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge and related systems.
Collaborate with Director of Development and Marketing on campaigns and stewardship initiatives.
