Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year of HR, recruiting, or admin experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in HR/Business preferred.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook and business apps.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to assess requirements.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, phone screenings, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate communication among candidates, managers, and recruiters.
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verifications as assigned.
• Maintain recruiting documents and ATS records; assist with job descriptions.
• Support onboarding and other HR projects; respond to inquiries.
