Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in California to act as the liaison during recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role focuses on candidate satisfaction, performance KPI achievement, and strong client delivery.

The candidate will manage job postings, conduct interviews, and build talent pipelines, ensuring compliance and high-quality candidate experience across the assignment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand the local talent market and plan workforce strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates contacting the onsite, ensuring information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training is provided clearly.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Conduct moderately complex searches using Adecco tools and the internet to meet needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for specific roles.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requests.
• Create and manage strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
• Extend offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and clients, including prep and briefings.
• Conduct debrief with candidate and client after interviews.
• Perform second-level screenings ensuring legal compliance and policies.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for submittal.
• Maintain candidate records in the tracking system.
