Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in California to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, meeting KPI metrics, and ensuring high client delivery standards.

You will manage posting administration, candidate communication, interviews, and onboarding while building a robust talent pipeline and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction, service levels, and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, providing accurate information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Conducts complex searches using Adecco tools and the web.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview prep.
• Complete candidate onboarding per client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in the tracking database.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for submittals.
• Develops and maintains candidate pipelines for future needs.
• Create and manage strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extend offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
