Job summary

Adecco Group in California is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison across recruiting, onboarding, and assignment cycles. You will sustain strong candidate relationships, drive performance metrics, and ensure client delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, market analysis, interviewing, coaching candidates, and guiding onboarding while maintaining accurate records and pipelines for future needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years' work experience required.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with MS Office/database proficiency.
• Ability to build candidate relationships; energy and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and hires planning strategy.
• Engages with candidates onsite or online with clear information.
• Builds/maintains relationships with candidates (passive and active).
• Meets recruitment KPIs and submission activity targets.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Assesses qualification match and client compatibility.
• Performs candidate searches using Adecco tools and web data.
• Coaches candidates on resumes and interview prep.
• Completes onboarding processes per client and org rules.
• Maintains candidate pipeline for future needs.
• Develops recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation/bill rate.
• Coordinates interviews and client briefings; conducts debriefs.
• Performs pre-screening in line with laws and policies.
• Prepares executive summaries for resume submissions.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking systems.
