Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in California to act as the liaison across recruiting, onboarding, and assignment cycles. You will drive candidate experience, build pipelines, and meet KPI/SLAs to ensure top-notch client delivery.

The role requires coordinating interviews, pre-screening, and effective communication with candidates and clients. You will administer job postings, conduct interviews, and manage ongoing candidate relationships while supporting training and development

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills are required.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsabilités

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring they are provided with correct information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs searches leveraging Adecco tools, analyzes results, revises as needed.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Complete onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
