Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in California to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, meet KPI/SLA metrics, and ensure client delivery excellence across the lifecycle.

You will drive candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills are required.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates contacting onsite, providing information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assess candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Conducts moderately complex searches using Adecco tools and the web to meet inventory needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and role coaching.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
