Job summary

SwipeJobs seeks a bilingual On-site Manager for our new Goodyear location. You will lead daily operations, coordinate candidate sourcing, and guide the startup phase with a Monday–Friday 7am–4pm schedule.

The role requires Spanish/English fluency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build a candidate pipeline while meeting weekly quotas. Pay is $50–60k per year with a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical/dental/vision, disability, life insurance, and PTO.

BILINGUAL On-site Manager (NEW LOCATION!)

Goodyear, AZ

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

*MUST be flexible with hours working during initial start up- will work 40 hours weekly

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
