Job summary

Productiv in Grapevine, TX is seeking a self-motivated bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain multilingual candidates. You will identify candidates, interview or assess fit, and keep hiring managers informed of upcoming needs.

Responsibilities include candidate outreach, resume screening, background checks, I-9 completion, and serving as the main point of contact for staff. This is a full-time, onsite role in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting bilingual candidates for multilingual roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Attract candidates through databases, forums, and social media.
• Review and screen resumes; select candidates for consideration.
• Communicate with applicants via email and phone throughout the process.
• Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Complete Form I-9 for all employees.
• Serve as primary contact for employees; address questions and resolve issues.
• Track attendance and process payroll-related time cards.

Description

Productiv is hiring for a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates.

Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Requirements

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
• Review, screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
• Communicate with applicants via email and phone throughout the hiring process
• Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings
• Completes Form I-9 for all employees
• Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily
• Track and manage employee attendance
• Process time cards for payroll
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues
