Productiv is hiring a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates. The role requires recruiting experience and HR basics, with strong communication in both English and Spanish.

The position is full-time and onsite in a warehouse environment, with benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental and vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience.
• 1 year in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work with little supervision and be a team player.
• Comfortable in a warehouse onsite environment.
• Proficiency with Kronos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Attract candidates via databases, online forums, and social media.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for fit.
• Communicate with applicants through email and phone.
• Coordinate employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Complete Form I-9 for all employees.
• Conduct onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Manage attendance and payroll time cards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees.

Productiv is hiring for a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates.

Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
• Review, screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
• Communicate with applicants via email and phone throughout the hiring process
• Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings
• Completes Form I-9 for all employees
• New Hire Orientations/Onboarding
• Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily
• Track and manage employee attendance
• Process time cards for payroll
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
