Prof23 is seeking a motivated recruiter to grow our candidate pipeline and schedule interviews. The role involves meeting new people, screening resumes, and matching candidates to open positions. You will work standard hours with potential travel during startup phases and benefit from a comprehensive package.

The position focuses on building relationships, qualifying candidates, and achieving weekly quotas while collaborating with the team. This role supports our growth in the Des Plaines area.

MUST be flexible with hours working during initial start up- will work 40 hours weekly; MUST be comfortable with traveling.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay

$60k/year + benefits plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life/accidental insurance, PTO

$60000.00 / hr
