The role supports interview scheduling, calendar coordination, ATS maintenance, onboarding, reporting, and event participation to strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / MS Teams and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate recruiting calendars and communications; maintain ATS records.
• Prepare candidate documentation and assist with submission packages.
• Track recruiting activities and generate reports.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and project leadership.
• Assist with onboarding coordination.
• Help with recruiting events and employer branding such as job fairs.
