Advantage Technical is seeking a Junior Recruiter Coordinator in Pocasset, MA to support high-volume hiring in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on candidate outreach, screening, scheduling, and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth experience for applicants and hiring teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in recruiting or HR coordination, strong organization, and proficient use of MS Office and ATS systems. This is an on-site position with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred
• 1–2 years in recruiting, HR coordination, talent acquisition or admin support
• Manufacturing or staffing experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling apps
• Experience using an ATS preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media and community channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders
• Manage background checks, drug screenings and pre-employment requirements
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity in ATS
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience
