Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an onsite role in Fairfield, Ohio. The contract is 12 months, supporting recruitment activities, screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate the hiring process, track candidate progress, and maintain recruiting records. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in recruiting coordination or related HR roles and experience in manufacturing or supply chain

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition Support, or a related field
• Prior experience recruiting for the manufacturing or supply chain industry
• Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Previous experience preparing employment offers or onboarding documentation

Responsibilities

• Review candidate applications and resumes within the ATS
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and process offer documentation for selected candidates
