Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / MS Teams and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per Hour plus Benefits

The Recruiting Coordinator will accomplish the following:

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate recruiting calendars and communications.Maintain Applicant Tracking System records.

• Provide administrative support to recruiters and project leadership.
