Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team, coordinate interviews, onboarding, and candidate communications across high-volume roles in manufacturing.

This full-time, non-exempt role at Pooler, GA involves managing ATS data, scheduling, travel logistics, and ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin coordination preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day recruiting activities from screening through onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, managers, and leaders.
• Communicate professionally with candidates about schedules and opportunities.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and HR systems with accuracy.
• Post jobs on approved platforms and internal sites.
• Monitor candidate flow and provide updates to recruiting teams.
• Assist with high-volume manufacturing recruitment, including skilled trades.
• Prepare interview schedules, packets, and reports.
• Assist with pre-employment processes and background checks.
• Coordinate travel and onsite interview logistics for candidates.
