Job summary

Career Group is seeking a sharp Recruiting Sourcer / Coordinator to support a senior recruiting leader in Century City/Beverly Hills. This temporary, on-site role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional pursuing hands-on experience in full candidate search processes across admin, HR, corporate services, creative and finance.

You will source candidates, conduct outbound outreach, screen and coordinate interviews, and map talent pipelines under an experienced recruiter

Location: Century City / Beverly Hills, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 100% onsite

Type: Temporary, potential temp-hire

Start: ASAP — potentially as soon as tomorrow after initial screening

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly motivated Recruiting Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to support a senior recruiting leader at a leading boutique recruiting agency. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is interested in recruiting and wants hands‑on experience learning the full candidate search process. You’ll work closely with a senior recruiter supporting searches across administrative, HR, corporate services, creative, and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple platforms, internal databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive outreach to build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct outbound candidate outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, engagement, and relationship building.
• Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified talent
• Assist with candidate screening and initial conversations
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow‑up
• Assist with research and talent mapping for active searches
