Are you the person who can fill a role, build a pipeline, challenge a hiring manager's assumptions, analyze recruiting data, and improve the process all before lunch?

JRK Property Holdings is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and serve as a strategic hiring partner across our growing multifamily, hospitality, and corporate portfolio. This is more than a recruiting role—it is an opportunity to directly influence how we attract, hire, and retain top talent across a national organization.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for leadership, specialized, and business-critical positions while partnering closely with operations leaders, executives, and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, workforce plans, and talent pipelines that support the company's long-term growth.

If you're passionate about sourcing exceptional talent, using data to drive decisions, improving processes, and building strong partnerships with business leaders, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multifamily, hospitality, and corporate positions, with a primary focus on leadership-level, hard-to-fill, and high-impact roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, serving as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation expectations, interview strategy, and candidate selection.
Strategy & Partnership
  • Collaborate with operational and executive leadership to understand business objectives and develop recruiting strategies that support workforce needs.
  • Participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize data and reporting to identify trends, improve recruiting performance, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Evaluate current recruiting processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring success.
  • Help develop and maintain recruiting procedures, training resources, and best practices for hiring managers and interview teams.
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, networking initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended environment.
  • Proven success recruiting leadership, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Strong passive sourcing and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience within multifamily, hospitality, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and build credibility with senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority and confidential searches simultaneously.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing recruiting processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes.
  • Willingness and desire to cold call candidates as needed to fill open positions.
  • Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
