Career Group is seeking a sharp Recruiting Sourcer / Coordinator to support a senior recruiting leader in Century City/Beverly Hills. This temporary, on-site role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional pursuing hands-on experience in full candidate search processes across admin, HR, corporate services, creative and finance.

You will source candidates, conduct outbound outreach, screen and coordinate interviews, and map talent pipelines under an experienced recruiter

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or early-career professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident making phone calls and speaking with candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Must be available to start ASAP, potentially tomorrow.
• Prior recruiting, sourcing, staffing, HR, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Source and identify qualified candidates across platforms to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build relationships with candidates through ongoing engagement.
• Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified talent.
• Assist with candidate screening and initial conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-up.
• Assist with research and talent mapping for active searches.
