ASM is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a six-month contract to support high-volume technical recruiting and key Talent Acquisition improvement projects. You will balance hands-on sourcing with process and system enhancements, data and Power BI dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

The role requires strong global partnership across regional TA teams, HR, IT, and Analytics, with a path to conversion into a full-time position after six months.

Competenze

• 2+ years of technical recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume technical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pipeline development skills.
• Experience with recruiting processes, systems, or technology improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with recruiting data, reporting, or dashboards.
• Experience partnering across multiple teams, functions, and geographies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
