Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or similar field.
• 2+ years of relevant HR or recruiting experience.
• Experience with data reporting in HR/recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Supports Talent Acquisition focusing on interview coordination and reporting.
• Coordinates interviews across multiple teams for 2-4 recruiters.
• Manages and updates the Applicant Tracking System.
• Initiates and supports onboarding processes.
• Aligns open roles with the Workforce Plan.
• Manages candidate flow from entry to offer in the ATS.
• Assists with reporting and analytics for recruiters and leaders.
• Supports events with company, professional groups, and universities.
• Handles administrative tasks for leadership and TA team.
