Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this person will own the daily management and maintenance of the Workday Recruiting module, serve as the team's HRIS subject-matter expert, provide reporting and analytics to company leaders and other stakeholders, manage internal hiring within the United States, and facilitate Workday platform and hiring process enhancements. The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment operations and HRIS systems, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
