Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Recruiting Programs Lead to own Workday Recruiting operations, act as the HRIS SME, and deliver analytics to leaders. You will manage US internal hiring, drive platform enhancements, and partner with HR Technology to optimize recruiting workflows.

The ideal candidate brings passion for recruitment operations, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations or HR operations.
• Demonstrated HRIS expertise, with hands-on Workday Recruiting and Report Writer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with large data sets.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Ensure data integrity in Workday through audits and clean workflows.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and drive feature adoption.
• Collaborate on system integrations, testing, and change management for recruiting workflows.
• Configure recruiting-related business processes, security roles, and reporting structures.
