Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Recruiting Coordination Manager to lead the interview operations and candidate coordination team. You will partner with recruiting, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align resources with hiring needs and improve the candidate experience across regions.

You will build scalable processes, deliver weekly dashboards, and guide workforce planning while shaping interview structures and operating practices to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or equivalent service-delivery teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members while allocating work across priorities.
• Experience producing weekly dashboards or reports that measure recruiting activity, capacity, service levels, and operational performance.
• Experience translating recruiting data into workforce plans, forecasts, and recommendations for business leaders.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, interview scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to manage recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Build effective partnerships with client groups and leadership teams to support current and future hiring locally and regionally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, providing guidance on recruiting coordination, interview operations, and resource needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting coordination team with clear expectations and growth opportunities.
• Own hiring and workforce planning for the team, aligning resources with recruiting demand and changing priorities.
• Deliver weekly data and metrics reports on recruiting activity, capacity, service levels, and candidate experience.
• Use data to influence decisions, shape stakeholder perspectives, and identify risks with recommended improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes and strengthen candidate experience and recruiting strategy.
• Develop scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery across recruiting organization.
