Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the coordination, systems, and process infrastructure behind our recruiting function. You will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, own the day-to-day health of our recruiting systems (Ashby) and scheduling tools (ModernLoop), and shape an operational strategy that scales with the business.

You will collaborate with Recruiting and People Operations to ensure repeatable processes, data hygiene, and SOX-ready documentation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in recruiting operations.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Experience building scalable operating models in fast-growth organizations.
• Proven ability to document repeatable processes and maintain data hygiene.
• Experience with recruiting programs and partner with People Operations on offers and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of recruiting systems (Ashby) and scheduling tools (ModernLoop).
• Manage the recruiting coordination team’s performance, candidate communications, interview logistics.
• Translate strategy into documented, repeatable processes for scale.
• Ensure data hygiene across recruiting systems and reliable reporting inputs for the broader People team.
• Prepare for SOX-compliant controls and audits as the company grows.
• Collaborate with People Operations on offer letters and background checks.
