You will schedule logistics, host onsite visits, and collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to maintain high service quality.

The role emphasizes process improvements, data integrity in Greenhouse, and contributions to recruitment strategy to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Team player with a high sense of urgency.
• Prior experience in people operations or recruiting functions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onsite and virtual candidate interviews.
• Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics promptly and accurately.
• Host candidates onsite and create a warm, human candidate experience.
• Represent partnerships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive customer service and quality.
• Drive process improvements and special projects.
• Ensure data integrity by updating candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
