Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Recruiting Coordination Manager to lead interview operations and candidate coordination. You will partner with recruiting, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align resources with hiring needs and maintain a superior candidate experience.

This role combines people leadership, workforce planning, and program management to build scalable solutions. You will deliver data-driven insights and drive improvements across regions to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruiting coordination or operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Experience producing weekly dashboards or reports that measure recruiting activity, capacity, and service levels.
• Experience translating recruiting data into workforce plans, forecasts, and recommendations for business leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, interview scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to manage recruiting operations.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups, business units, locations, or regions with distinct hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Build effective partnerships with client groups and leadership teams to support current and future hiring requirements locally and regionally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders across the organization, providing guidance on recruiting coordination, interview operations, and resource needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting coordination team while establishing clear expectations and supporting professional growth.
• Own hiring and workforce planning for the team, aligning resources and workloads with recruiting demand and changing business priorities.
• Deliver weekly data and metrics reporting on recruiting activity, team capacity, service levels, and candidate experience to keep teams and clients informed and support long‑term recruiting strategy.
• Use data and reporting to influence decisions, shape stakeholder perspectives, identify risks, and recommend operational improvements.
• Lead teams and cross‑functional projects that streamline processes and strengthen candidate experience and recruiting strategy.
• Develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery across the recruiting organization.
• Influence cross‑functional partners to implement business‑critical changes to interview structures and operating practices needed to achieve hiring goals.
• Collaborate with recruiting, hiring leaders, interviewers, HR, and other partners to scale processes for a growing recruiting team while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
