Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through every step of the interview and hiring process.

You will manage interview logistics, drive candidate communication, and keep recruiting operations running smoothly to create a thoughtful and efficient hiring experience. You will collaborate with teams across the company, host onsite interviews, and help refine interview plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coordination experience within a technology company, ideally supporting recruiting or HR.
• Strong organization and time management skills; can prioritize and execute multiple high-priority tasks.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
• Startup DNA: thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and both virtual and in-person formats.
• Communicate with candidates via email and phone to keep them informed and prepared.
• Assist with interview training programs and pipeline reporting in our ATS (Ashby).
• Host candidates onsite for interviews and team meetings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to build and update interview plans and internal docs.
• Be a strategic partner to improve internal processes and tools for recruiting teams.
• Support sourcing events, referral drives, and onboarding preparation.
