Job summary

Baseten is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to streamline intake, data handling, and system workflows across recruiting teams. You will support data-driven decision making, tooling, and rollout of new processes to keep hiring fast and accurate.

You will partner with the Recruiting Operations Lead and other specialists to maintain ATS integrity, role openings, and cadence reporting while enabling AI-powered improvements across the recruiting stack.

Qualifications

• Experience with ATS and recruitment tooling to manage jobs and candidates.
• Ability to load, merge, de-duplicate, and clean candidate data from multiple sources.
• Experience building workflows and automations to reduce manual recruiting work.

Responsibilities

• Own intake for recruiter requests, sort, route, and close the loop.
• Set up and maintain the ATS, jobs, interview plans, and interviewer pools.
• Manage system access, permissions, and tool licenses for recruiters and hiring teams.
• Keep recruiting data clean by loading data from spreadsheets, email, and exports.
• Keep open roles aligned with headcount plans and flag mismatches.
• Pull data for leadership and recruiters, ensuring accurate reports.
• Build workflows, automations, and AI-powered tools to cut manual work.
• Create guides, video walkthroughs, onboarding material, and change announcements.
• Spot patterns in requests and turn them into lasting fixes.
