Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing experience.
• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology tools.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, improve performance, and manage risk.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of recruiting delivery performance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop recruiters, manage productivity and workload distribution.
• Partner with sales and client leaders to support hiring needs and meet delivery targets.
