Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
• Experience managing recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology.
• Ability to use data/metrics to drive decisions and performance.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent coaching, communication and performance management abilities.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing recruiting team delivering talent solutions across an assigned market, client, or program.
• Coach recruiters, manage productivity and workload distribution, and partner with sales/client leaders to support hiring needs.
