Cornerstone Caregiving in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruitment and office operations, reporting to the Operating Director and coordinating with the Scheduling Manager. The role includes on-call coverage and staff onboarding.

You will ensure high‑quality client service, maintain state compliance, and build a reliable caregiving team across locations, with limited travel as needed and a strong focus on growth and efficiency in a fast‑paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding and caregiver staff.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced office setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring, termination as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire and onboard weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support to Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: participate in intakes and ensure satisfaction.
• Client care: support high-quality service and retention.
• Compliance: follow state-specific requirements.
