Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Associates and/or Bachelor's degree; may substitute with education/experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR within an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and termination as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers each week.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls from clients, caregivers and referral sources; address urgent schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
