Based in NYC with a flexible remote option for this role, you will own sourcing, interview design, and candidate experience, shaping Arca's next growth phase.

You’ll partner with founders and managers to create scalable processes and elevate hiring density as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must have experience building a recruiting function from scratch.
• Proven ability to recruit engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort using AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a full-cycle recruiting process across engineering, product, GTM, and operations.
• Define interview loops, scorecards, and ATS workflows to scale hiring.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Scale the recruiting function by managing external agencies and internal teams.
