Job summary

Arcadia seeks a Principal Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our technical recruiting function and scale hiring for engineering, data, product, and analytics roles across the company.

You will partner with senior leaders, build scalable processes, and drive a data-driven recruiting engine that uses AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality of hires in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing experience for technical talent.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and judgment.
