Job summary

Rebuild in New York is hiring a Talent Lead to build the company’s hiring function from the ground up. You’ll own full-lifecycle recruiting across software engineering and account executives, partnering with founders to attract top talent in a fast-growing startup environment.

You’ll shape our Employer Value Proposition, design scalable interviewing processes, scorecards, and workflows while maintaining a candidate-centric experience in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Recruit for both technical and go-to-market roles.
• Background in venture-backed startups and external search partners is a plus.
• Track record of building or shaping hiring processes.
• Strong employer branding and EVP development.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and act proactively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across software engineering and account executive roles.
• Shape employer value proposition and tell the company's story to candidates.
• Build hiring infrastructure including interview processes, scorecards and workflows.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements.
• Manage a multi-function pipeline across technical and GTM searches.
• Champion candidate experience as an extension of the brand.
• Scale the function as the company grows beyond Series A.
