Aaru is a small, mission-driven team redefining recruiting at the frontier of AI. We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the end-to-end candidate experience and keep hiring moving with speed and humanity.

You’ll coordinate interviews across complex calendars and time zones, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and drive projects to scale our processes. This role demands initiative, superb organization, and clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking initiative
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication with proactive follow-through
• Proficiency with ATSs (Ashby preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first touch to final decision
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across calendars, time zones, and priorities
• Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Operate independently in ambiguity and create structure where none exists
• Identify, initiate, and drive projects to improve recruiting processes at scale
• Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support
• Continuously raise the bar on candidate and stakeholder experiences
