ARQ, a fast-growing fintech in New York, seeks a Recruiting Leader to shape our talent strategy. You will work with the co-founders and executive team to calibrate roles, hire top global talent, and create hiring playbooks.

Be data-driven and move with urgency while delivering a world-class candidate experience. You will design scalable processes, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and help ARQ grow a world-class team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record hiring A players in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing across multiple channels and networks.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent candidate experience.
• Outstanding organizational and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire A players with founders and execs, calibrate roles and seniorities.
• Create hiring playbooks and scalable processes.
• Act with founder-level ownership and urgency.
