Job summary

Arca, a NYC-based wealth management firm backed by AI, is hiring its first recruiter and recruiting lead. You’ll own the function end-to-end, building pipeline, designing interview loops, and scaling the team as the company grows.

You’ll recruit for engineers and for wealth advisors, GTM, ops, and more, balancing hands-on sourcing with process building in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling a recruiting function.
• Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong collaboration with founders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Build and run full-cycle recruiting across engineers, product, GTM, and ops.
• Design interview loops, scorecards, and ATS workflows to scale hiring.
• Create exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Scale recruiting by managing external recruiters and eventually building an internal team.
