Job summary

Arca is hiring its first recruiter and recruiting lead to build the company’s hiring function from the ground up. You will own pipeline, sourcing, interview loops, and the ATS workflow while scaling across engineers, product, GTM, and operations.

You’ll balance technical talent with wealth-advisor and marketing roles as the company grows. You’ll recruit across two worlds, building a scalable process, improving candidate experience, and coordinating with external recruiters as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Experience building a recruiting function or leading recruitment.
• Ability to recruit both technical and non-technical roles.
• Comfort using AI to augment recruiting.
• Strong ownership and ability to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run full-cycle recruiting across Engineers, Product, GTM, and Ops.
• Create interview loops, scorecards, and ATS workflows to scale hiring.
• Own candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Coordinate with external recruiters and eventually grow the internal recruiting team.
