Job summary

Think Academy US, a TAL Education Group subsidiary, is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our HR team in California. The role offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle for K-12 programs.

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, help write job descriptions, and maintain ATS records. Ideal candidates are pursuing HR or business degrees, with strong communication, confidentiality, and bilingual Mandarin/English skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or business; new grads welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Calendly; comfortable with scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS preferred but not required.
• Eager to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
• Strong discretion and confidentiality.
• Mandarin-English bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates across channels to build a diverse talent pool.
• Assist in coordinating interview processes: scheduling, materials, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and company logs.
• Help develop job descriptions and postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed by the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants for multiple job openings
• Assist in the coordination of interview processes, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS and company logs
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings over platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed by the team

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; new graduates are also welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process
• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
