Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our HR Team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the education sector, remote work, and exposure to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate management.

You will contribute to job postings, coordinate interviews, and help develop hiring strategies while gaining practical skills in ATS tools and candidate records.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; new graduates welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants for multiple job openings.
• Assist in the coordination of interview processes, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS and company logs
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
