Job summary

Think Academy is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our remote HR team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment cycle for K-12 education initiatives, from sourcing to candidate records management.

You will aid in posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and collaborating on staffing strategies. Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in HR or related fields, with strong communication and bilingual English/Mandarin skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across channels to build a diverse pool.
• Coordinate interview processes: scheduling, prep, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and craft recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and logs.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and postings on major platforms.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Pay Range: $24/hr - $28/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants for multiple job openings
• Assist in the coordination of interview processes, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in our ATS and company logs
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings over platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed by the team

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; new graduates are also welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process
• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
