Job summary

EliseAI in New York is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience from outreach through onboarding. You will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless interview process, coordinate scheduling and travel, and maintain data integrity in the ATS.

This role requires in-person work 4-5 days a week in a fast-paced startup environment. You will help coordinate campus events and build scalable recruiting workflows while upholding EliseAI’s culture,

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, administrative, or client-facing role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to work in person at office 4-5 days a week
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience end-to-end from outreach to onboarding
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate travel logistics
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and regenerate interview workflows
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to keep hiring on track
• Collect timely candidate feedback from interviewers and stakeholders
• Coordinate campus and lateral recruiting events and meetups
• Maintain recruiting process documentation and job postings
• Drive recruiting projects that impact EliseAI growth
• Attract top-tier talent to join EliseAI
