EliseAI is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles. You’ll partner with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and leadership to source, evaluate, and bring top-tier technical talent to EliseAI who want to build from scratch and solve hard problems.

The role emphasizes world-class sourcing, candidate engagement, and a data-driven approach to optimize recruiting performance. You will work in a fast-paced startup culture with strong growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and creative candidate engagement techniques.
• Ability to adapt outreach strategies based on hiring trends and feedback.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking.
• Strong EQ and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting life cycle for technical roles, from sourcing through to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with engineering and recruiting leadership to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture.
• Source and engage engineering talent using boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, and events.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles.
• Lead candidate outreach, prescreening calls, and guide candidates through interviews.
• Represent EliseAI’s technical brand to passive candidates.
• Track recruiting performance with our ATS and data-driven insights.
• Improve processes, tools, and strategies based on team feedback.
• Plan recruiting events, meetups, campus recruiting, and career fairs.
• Support other recruiting initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.
