EliseAI is seeking an early-career recruiter to identify, attract, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across the company. You’ll work with hiring managers and leadership to solve hiring challenges, build interview processes, and craft compelling candidate stories.

You don't need a traditional recruiting background; you’ll learn quickly, exercise strong judgment, write well, and own consequential problems in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience at a high-growth startup or similar fast-paced environment.
• Undergraduate degree from a top university; CS or technical background a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent written & verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with ownership and ability to move projects forward.
• Willingness to work in person at SF or NYC office 4-5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage exceptional candidates; conduct initial screens and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria and redesign interview loops.
• Map companies and talent pools to build pipelines for current and future roles.
• Analyze recruiting funnels and channels to improve hiring efficiency.
• Organize events and partnerships to strengthen EliseAI's talent brand.
