EliseAI is seeking a driven Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of hiring as we scale rapidly. You will partner with recruiting teammates and company leadership to source, prescreen, and close top talent for both technical and non-technical roles, building strong pipelines and a data-driven approach.

You’ll manage intake with interviewers, optimize processes, and help craft compelling job descriptions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to align goals, improve candidate experience, and

Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter.
• Experience working at a high growth startup or fast paced environment.
• Excellent networker and ability to engage high-caliber candidates across functions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
• Strong EQ and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the recruiting process across technical and non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.
• Build relationships with leaders to understand hiring objectives and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop pipelines using sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and outside-the-box strategies.
• Pre-screen and evaluate passive and active candidates for quality hires.
• Hold intake meetings with interviewers for thorough, high-quality processes.
• Maintain the ATS for reporting and data-driven recruiting.
• Run debriefs on hiring processes and implement improvements.
• Create job descriptions and practical assessments.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies.
• Plan campus and lateral recruiting events and career fairs.
• Ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the process.
• Attract top-tier talent to join EliseAI.
